Team Lead RI Works

It gives individualized and family supportive services, job readiness, preparation and placement, employment or vocational training and retention services. Recipients can also receive childcare, transportation and educational services towards the goal of improved long-term stabilization. The Team Leader is responsible for oversight of daily operations, including the Supervision of two case managers. Attend meetings, oversee data collection, develop reports and work closely with the lead agency and DHS. Must be a self-starter, creative problem-solver and someone who is enthusiastic in supporting people along their life journey. Participate in and lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion activities within the program. Support the Director of Employment and Training. Work closely with other agency programs, especially those in our Family Well-being & Permanency Division.
