Twin County Regional Healthcare, a Duke Lifepoint Hospital in Galax, Virginia (60min from Winston-Salem and 90min from Roanoke) is growing with the addition of an employed, part-time Pain Clinic APP to strengthen our established team.

Position Detail:

* THREE DAY WORK WEEK!

* Outpatient only

* Current provider 4-5 days a month in office

* Joint Injections common for day-to-day

* Average 18 patients/day

* 8:00am-5:00pm. Days are negotiable. Prefer at least Monday and Tuesday when provider is in office.
