grad is great. We love our community and want you to feel comfortable helping our wonderful patients. As an urgent care we take care of patients of all ages and for a wide variety of needs. We have onsite x-

ray and labs. ERs are only a couple blocks away, so a higher level of care is always available when needed.

Responsibilities:

* Vernal Urgent Care is looking for a full time PA that will cover weekend shifts.
* The proposed shift is Friday-Monday. Friday 8am-9pm, Saturday, 9am-6pm, Sunday 9am-6pm, Monday 9am-2pm.
Two Sat/Sun a month are covered by others, so only Friday and Monday are worked those weeks to give you a break.

o If vacation time is desired, it is simple to cover these shifts and this allows for 10 days off in a row.

* Provide urgent care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for acute illnesses and injuries.
* Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care.
* Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
* Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications:

* ​ Board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
* Current state medical license.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.

* Our competitive salary is a percentage of money brought into the clinic. It generally works out to be a nice income, but if it would be more comfortable to negotiate an hourly rate; we are willing to negotiate.
