Practice Details Include:

* Employed position

* Surgeries will be performed at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital (CRMH), a 104-bed DNV accredited facility with 5 OR’s that serves 8 Southeastern Illinois counties (109,000+ individuals)

Education & Experience Requirements:

MD/DO Requirement

– Urology residency

– BE/BC in Urology

– Must be able to obtain an Illinois license if you dont already have one

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

Above average base salary +

– sign-on bonus

– relocation assistance

– rural bonus at years 2 and 4

– CME allowance

Compensation Range:

$100,000 +
