Wound Care/Ostomy Registered Nurse, Surgical Clinic

POSITION PURPOSE:

This position manages disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary and integumentary systems and serves as a clinical resource for patient care in the areas of wounds, ostomies and skin problems related to incontinence, vascular disease and other chronic conditions.

MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:
One (1) year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience and one (1) year direct work experience with wound care patients.
Education:
Associate of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
License:
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory.
Certificates:
Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification. Obtain valid Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN) certification in Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) certification or equivalent within six (6) months from date of hire and maintain certification.

Salary Range: $39.49 – $50.30 per hour
