Responsibilities:
Exudes professionalism and positive customer service to all patients, visitors, and employees in all clinic areas and on the phone.
Operates cash register and all tenders of payment, and balances register.
Processes prescriptions in computer system, screens program eligibility, clarifies issues with prescribing information, and performs accurate documentation.
Prepares deliveries and mailings.
Stocks new inventory and removes expired inventory from shelves.
Collaborates with providers for patient care, including guidance from Tech II or III.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Kansas Pharmacy Tech License
Complete all required CEU’s
Successful completion of the Pharmacy Technician I checklist within 90 days of hire
Schedule: Full-time
